Directions:

 

Ready to use straight from the jar — stir before scooping. Add 1–2 teaspoons to a bowl of noodles or rice, spoon over dumplings, or toss into stir-fries at the end of cooking to preserve crunch. For marinades or cooking where you want the oil component, add earlier in the cook cycle; for a topping with maximum texture, add after plating. Keep jar sealed when not in use and refrigerate after opening for longest crispness.
